Different between HDPE and LDPE
HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and LDPE (low-density polyethylene) are two common plastics and manufacture from petroleum which name is ethylene.
HDPE can resist temperatures of up to 120 degrees Celsius. It is transparent and inflexible and is resistant to many different chemicals.
LDPE can resist temperatures of able to 80 degrees Celsius. It is transparent and flexible and is challenging too many different chemicals.
Uses of HDPE
The inflexible nature of HDPE allows manufacturers to manufacture it for food product container and chemical containers. Other uses for HDPE include trays, cutting boards, pipe fittings and tanks & paints container also.
Common Uses of LDPE
LDPE uses for making garments poly bag films. Manufacturers produce plastic bags from LDPE. Other uses include wash bottles and tubing & also flexible packaging.
